Sausage, Cabbage, and Potatoes

- 1 Hillshire hot smoked sausage or your favorite smoked sausage
- 3 red potatoes
- 1/2 head cabbage
Cut up the sausage into small pieces. Slice the potatoes into thick wedges. Slice the cabbage into strips
Heat the dutch oven over high heat, and brown both sides of the sausages
Remove from the stove, add in the potatoes, and fill the dutch oven 3/4 full of water
Reduce heat to medium, cook the potatoes until they are soft, about 30 minutes
Add in the sliced up cabbage and cook until it wilts, no more than 2-3 minutes
