Ingredients

zucchini squash
sliced into rounds
1
tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice the zucchini into 1/2 inch rounds
Heat a large skillet with the oil until it begins to shimmer, medium-high heat
Fry the zucchini in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, and then flip with tongs or a spatula. Fry for another 2 minutes
Remove zucchini from the pan and absorb excess oil on a paper towel
Season with salt and pepper
