Sausage, Cabbage, and Potatoes

- 1 Dutch oven
Ingredients
- 1 Hillshire hot smoked sausage or your favorite smoked sausage
- 3 red potatoes
- 1/2 head cabbage
Instructions
- Cut up the sausage into small pieces. Slice the potatoes into thick wedges. Slice the cabbage into strips
- Heat the dutch oven over high heat, and brown both sides of the sausages
- Remove from the stove, add in the potatoes, and fill the dutch oven 3/4 full of water
- Reduce heat to medium, cook the potatoes until they are soft, about 30 minutes
- Add in the sliced up cabbage and cook until it wilts, no more than 2-3 minutes
