Equipment

  • 1 large skillet
  • tongs or spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 zucchini squash sliced into rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the zucchini into 1/2 inch rounds
  • Heat a large skillet with the oil until it begins to shimmer, medium-high heat
  • Fry the zucchini in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, and then flip with tongs or a spatula. Fry for another 2 minutes
  • Remove zucchini from the pan and absorb excess oil on a paper towel
  • Season with salt and pepper

Notes

Use garlic salt to shake things up
