Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves
  • Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 minutes, or until desired doneness
