- 1 garlic presser
- 1 medium skillet
Ingredients
- 1 bunch green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut off the ends of the green beans
- Press the garlic
- Heat the olive oil in the skillet on medium-high heat; add the beans once hot
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add in the pressed garlic and coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until at the desired doneness
- Season with salt and pepper
Notes
Use garlic salt if you are out of fresh garlic.
