Ingredients
- 5 Italian sausage links
- 5 sausage rolls
- 1 bell pepper your choice of color
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Pre-heat the grill to 500F +
- Slices the bell pepper and onion into long, thin strips
- Grill the sausage for ~6 minutes, 3 minutes per side
- At the same time, heat up the olive oil in the skillet, and over medium-high heat, grill the bell peppers and onions. Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra flavor
- Toast the sausage rolls on the grill
- Assemble and serve
