  • large pan

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Italian sausage links
  • 5 sausage rolls
  • 1 bell pepper your choice of color
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the grill to 500F +
  • Slices the bell pepper and onion into long, thin strips
  • Grill the sausage for ~6 minutes, 3 minutes per side
  • At the same time, heat up the olive oil in the skillet, and over medium-high heat, grill the bell peppers and onions. Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra flavor
  • Toast the sausage rolls on the grill
  • Assemble and serve
