Deviled eggs with paprika

A simple yet delicious deviled egg recipe with the perfect amount of paprika kick. Great for egg salads, too!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil eggs. My method is to put eggs in a pot, cover with water, and turn stove on high. Wait for water to boil, then cover pot and turn off heat. Let sit for nine minutes.
  • Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Take out yolks and put in bowl.
  • Combine yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon mixture back into egg whites. Garnish with extra paprika.
