Chocolate Chip Pancakes

- 1 hand mixer
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Stir ingredients until fully blended
- Heat up a pan on medium; grease lightly with canola oil
- Pour liquid pancake mixture to make your desired size of pancake. Sprinkle in 4-6 chocolate chips
- Flip once pancake bottom has firmed up, about 45 seconds
- Cook for another 30 seconds and then remove
- Butter each pancake individually as they are taken off the pan
- Repeat until out of pancake mix
