Indulge in a breakfast classic with our chocolate chip pancakes! Fluffy pancakes studded with rich, melty chocolate chips, creating a heavenly combination of sweetness and warmth.

Equipment

  • 1 hand mixer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Stir ingredients until fully blended
  • Heat up a pan on medium; grease lightly with canola oil
  • Pour liquid pancake mixture to make your desired size of pancake. Sprinkle in 4-6 chocolate chips
  • Flip once pancake bottom has firmed up, about 45 seconds
  • Cook for another 30 seconds and then remove
  • Butter each pancake individually as they are taken off the pan
  • Repeat until out of pancake mix
