- 1 smoker
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork spareribs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Instructions
- Chop ribs into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- Mix all ingredients together
- Marinate over night
- Broil under medium heat for 1/2 an hour
- Bake until done
- Coat with your preferred sauce
