Chinese Pepper Beef (made in a crockpot)

- 1 Crockpot/Slow cooker
Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat frozen
- 2 red bell peppers chopped
- 2 green bell peppers chopped
- 2 small yellow onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup white rice cooked
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag; freeze for up to 3 months
- Cook in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours
- Serve over white rice
