Chinese Pepper Beef (made in a crockpot)

Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot/Slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs stew meat frozen
  • 2 red bell peppers chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers chopped
  • 2 small yellow onions chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup white rice cooked

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag; freeze for up to 3 months
  • Cook in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours
  • Serve over white rice
