  • 1 rice cooker
  • 1 large pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook 1 cup of rice; keep warm
  • In a large pot, use 1 tbsp olive oil and heat on medium-high. Sear the chicken breasts on each side for 1 minute
  • Add the mushroom soup and fresh mushrooms to the pot, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes
  • Serve the chicken with the rice; ladle generous helpings of mushroom sauce over both chicken and rice. Season with black pepper
